 We stayed for 3 nights and were surprised how spacious the site was. Lots of space between units and very tidy. We didn't use the showers and toilets so can't comment.
The pub was very friendly and they seemed busy judging by the reserved tables. We went for a drink one night and decided to book a table for another night.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced, we had a steak and ploughman's and no complaints!
The site is a 5 min walk to Kennet and Avon canal, it's a 30 min walk one way to Seend Cleeve or just over an hour walk the opposite way to Devizes via the amazing Caen Hill locks.
Our children are grown up now but I wish we'd found this site before. There is so much safe space for children to play.

Grounds well kept, toilets could do with an update, but all functioning and very clean.
Small friendly pub with a beer garden and children's play area, great on a sunny afternoon.
Bus stops outside and good walking on the K&A canal less than 100 yds away.

Excellent stay, cheap and all good
The showers and toilets could do with a update but all clean and tidy.
Grass cut and not untidy.
All good when we were there.

Very basic. Only one toilet and one shower for the ladies. (2 showers in the mens). None of them worked properly. In the ladies shower the door wouldn't shut or lock. The shower stayed cold however I moved the dials The main light went out after a few minutes so I was left in semi darkness unable to see the dial so gave up.
My husband tried the mens showers. The first gave extremely hot water or cold. No inbetween. The second shower changed from warm to cold within seconds and remained cold.
This campsite isn't cheap.
We also ate in their pub that evening.
We won't be going back

Fabulous little site.
Toilets and showers very good.
Pub was very friendly and great food.
Very short walk to get on K&A canal.
Definitely recommend this site.

Clean, quiet and peaceful.
Just a shame we could not stay longer.
Easy access to Devizes and Melksham.
Lovely walks along the canal.
Will be back again.

Lovely quiet well spaced out site with clean facilities.
The pub is lovely too with delicious food and excellent beer.

Lovely site with good clean facilities.
Pub served excellent food.
We only stayed one night to meet up with friends but we will be back to explore the area, especially a walk along the canal.

Good site with good facilities.
Right next door to a pub with good food.
Other facilities in nearby village. I used it as a base to cycle the Kennet and Avon canal towpath.
