 Great site, lots of space, easy check in, good response on booking,
Nice pub, quiet area, friendly staff, nice food, clean toilets.

Surprisingly busy little place, but didn't feel like we were on top of each other.
The site is on a slope, so if staying in a tent, head for the very top of the site and pitch along the hedgerow. We managed to eat at the pub, but we would recommend booking a table in advance as it got incredibly busy. Decent food, though.
The facilities were clean enough and alright for a night.
Did get a little rowdy toward the later part of the evening as people were heading back to their vans from the pub, some loud music and voices, and settled down about 1 am-ish.

Cracking little gem of a site. The facilities were clean and tidy.
The pub had good food and great local ales, along with the standard nationals.
The cafe served a hearty breakfast to prepare us for a long walk with stunning views.

Fantastic place to stay,
Cafe on the site doing food 8am till 12pm then a pub also on site doing food 12pm till 3pm,
Payable showers by meter and 24 hour, clean and tidy toilets with waste disposal,
Staff very friendly and so are the clientele,
Dog friendly and plenty of room for kids to play,
Would have been 10/10 but deducted 1 point as no EHU, but this wasn't a problem for us,
Summary great place and will return.

Excellent site owned by a dog friendly pub. The site is largely on a slope so make sure you take some blocks.
Toilets and showers are basic but cleary well looked after, and are available 24hrs (ie they're not inside the pub).
We had a meal, which was typical pub fayre with a good menu and excellent food.
There's also a cafe on site, and whilst we didn't try it it was clearly popular.
We and our dogs were made very welcome in the pub, with dog treats handed out!
We'll definitely be back in the future.

The Camp site was lovely and in a great location.
Clean facilities and breakfast is great!
Staff are really friendly and really helpful.

Nice pleasant site, toilets and shower area, washing up area. Great pub food on the three nights we were there (the steak and ale pie was filled to the brim with steak).
Well stocked bar, friendly staff and very nice landlord and landlady. Cafe on site for early breakfast which was very nice (again nice staff here).
All in all a great place, we will definitely go back again later this year. Everybody on the site (which was full up) were nice and made very little noise.

Excellent campsite, clean facilities and really friendly staff.
Great choice of food served at the pub and a lovely cafe open in the mornings.

Fantastic place to stay.
Nothing fancy just clean showers and toilets.
The jewel in the crown is the pub which sells excellent beer and delicious food, all at a reasonable price.
Highly recommended by me and the wife.

Only stayed one night so didn’t use shower.

Great campsite friendly staff, great cafe.
Only snag was the toilet light stopped working and no toilet paper, but we carry our own so not an issue.
Camping field is sloping, hard standing is fairly flat.

Friendly staff and campsite occupants.
If you want WiFi and Phone signal this site is not for you.
Everything else is brilliant though - although it could do do with a few more level pitches!

Great little site in a great location.
