Very basic campsite which was what we wanted. We asked for 3 pitches together for our family and Alison very kindly delivered exactly what we requested.
There was plenty of room for the 2 grand children to run around safely as well as play football and cricket. Owners were lovely and checked on us daily to see if we were ok. Would definitely return.
The weather was a bonus which meant we could have a fire pit every night and chat around this till quite late in the evening.
We managed a couple of walks too via Alltrails.
A big thank you to the owners.

Fabulous site with good clean facilities. Alison is extremely friendly and we will return.
Great location for the fleet air arm museum which was a great day out. We also went to Wookey hole which was also great.
The only draw back was the road noise and the fact it is on the flight path for Bristol airport. But this did not spoil our visit.

Arrived to find our name on a board & pitch number. Pitches were very big & the site was not busy.
Alison came round later in the afternoon to give us a very friendly welcome & recommendations of places to eat/drink/ walk.
Lovely peaceful site, a bit of traffic noise from the busy A38, but we soon got used to it & barely heard it.
Lots of birds around to listen to in the morning & the Mendips in the background.
Ample facilities for the amount of people on site. ; 2 x ladies & 2 x gents toilets. 1 shared shower but never had to queue.
We took our own firepit as they are allowed but there were also pits to hire & wood for sale too.
It's pretty central, 30 mins from Wookey Hole (a great day out for young kids & big kids too). 20 mins from Burnham-on-Sea & Weston-super-Mare.
We tend not to go to the same place twice but would definitely stay again if in the area.
All in all, a lovely site ☺️

Recently stayed at Watersmeet Farm: Great location, easy to find and tucked away with lovely views and sunsets.
Took advantage of the fire pits on site in the evenings. Lots of local public foot paths which we enjoyed exploring, spoilt for choice with local dog friendly pubs, reasonably priced with good choice for lunch.
Friendly helpful owners, facilities very clean and checked regularly by the owners.
Lovely spacious pitch, easy access and privacy, other campers on site also very friendly.
We will be looking to return this summer!

Lovely campsite, great facilities everything was very clean.
Very quiet, we had a great nights sleep.
Wonderful hosts, they even drive us to a neighbouring village when we were unable to find a taxi!
Would highly recommend the site.

Beautiful small and quiet site.
Even has BBQs and fire pits available on site, wood, charcoal and marshmallows at the main entrance and the owners are so helpful and friendly.
Stayed next to BromleyJoe, the miserable review he left is just not accurate. See for yourself, this place is just gorgeous, but keep it to yourself, we don’t want crowds when we stay next.
Do mention if you work in NHS, emergency services or animal welfare when booking, owner discounts for these.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at watersmeet farm campsite. Rick and Alison were lovely hosts and Alison was even hospitable after our stay.
There was so much room for the kids to play and run loose.
There was little added extras that made the stay even more enjoyable such as fire pits and marshmallow roasting kits.
The facilities in regards to toilet block and shower were a life saver after we had forgotten our generator!
We would most definitely come back and use watersmeet farm campsite. Thank you for a lovely time.

Unhappy to find another caravan sharing the hardstanding with our electric cable removed when we returned from a day out. Spoke to owner asking why when the site was near-on empty we had someone within a few feet of our van - he laughed saying he’d put it there as they were preserving the grass pitches.
Of note is that though the wash-up area tap says ‘hot’ there is no hot water, owner confirmed never been hot water!
Toilet block down-at-heel with low light levels, toilet stalls small/tight - with just one shower for the site.
