I stayed here for a week in early August and found booking by phone really easy. The price for non-electric tent space was very reasonable too.
There are several smaller sheltered pitches by the entrance gate and a larger open non-electric field. We were buffeted by some strong Westerly winds during our stay but found a sheltered spot tucked in by the perimeter hedge.
The main field is gently sloping and well drained. Only three toilets cubicles with a small hand wash sink in each for the whole site was an issue. This was made worse by some folks using these basins for teeth cleaning, washing, make up etc. 20 to 30 minute queues some mornings, but a chance to meet and chat to other campers.
I was told that at really busy times extra porta-loos are provided. The toilets were always well stocked with loo roll and the shower cubicles (also busy) were OK. Take a bowl and mirror as face washing, shaving, teeth cleaning etc facilities aren't provided!
15 minute walk down a busy, winding road to Stackpole. Fantastic access to the Stackpole Estate and coastal scenery. Freshwater West, Angle, Pembroke and castle, Skomer headland etc all nearby. Nearest supermarket, Tesco, in Pembroke about 10 minutes drive.
Lovely campsite with great atmosphere. Facilities limited but part of the charm and reflected in the price.

It was easy to find and book. The atmosphere there was lovely and friendly!
We only stayed one night but people were very chilled and I noticed the effort in recycling and eco living.
Great value for money and easy to get to Stackpole quay from there.
Just turn up and enjoy!

A very friendly and relaxed site in a beautiful location. Cath and Rob are really welcoming.
The loos are limited in number, but everyone keeps them clean for the next in queue. The showers are nice and hot.
Couple of things which would enhance the stay - sort the plumbing in loos, maybe add more loos, and get bigger bins!

We stayed for 4 nights, 1 touring caravan and 3 tents. The weather was not too great but we had a great time. The site was very chilled and relaxed. Adequate toilets and good hot showers.
Pitches had loads of room and we had a little cul De sac to ourselves + 1 other tent. Plenty of room for our cars too. Friendly, social inquisitive cat came to visit.
Adorable. Peace, quiet, lovely location and owner Rob as round to answer questions and make sure everything was ok for us.
Would love to return.

It's one of the old style campsites -find a spot and pitch up. There are some small enclosed areas where you can go, mostly with a hard standing, but the best place is to go into the large field on your left as you go in and get a great view.
The ground is hard, and even with rain our motorhome had no difficulty. But if you want electric here, have at least 50m as you need to bring the cable to a power source.
The"facilities" are clean, but basic, chemical toilet has just a piece of wood on top, but it's all very well looked after.
Be aware, they need paying in cash, which caught me unawares. Cost was £20 per night Inc hookup
Great site to use to see the South Pembroke coast
The local pub is very good, but you need to book. (Stackpole)
The owners are very friendly and will ensure that you find a nice spot.

Picturesque and peaceful little campsite next to a pretty church. Convenient for Pembroke, Stackpole Nature Reserve and the coast.
Really good value for money (NB cash payments only).
Great showers, and no coins needed, which is handy. Could just do with more places to put things (hooks/shelves).

Relaxed and low key.
There are 3 outside loos with cold water sink. Also 3 showers with hot water all working. 3 basins for your dish washing needs. Microwave and Freezer available.
Good for those who want traditional field camping with electric.

St petrox is a lovely campsite
Really enjoyed my stay there
Really quiet and relaxing,
The toilets and showers were a bit old fashion but that made my stay much better because they were old farm sheds
Brilliant little site 😊.
