A perfect quiet place to get away from London.
Everything is Immaculate. No litter, grass is cut perfectly.
The toilets and showers, washing up area are so clean. You could eat your dinner off the work tops.
I will recommend and return next year. 5 stars.

Site well laid out, very good toilet block, wardens doing marvellously to keep it clean,
Couple of nice dog walks into village, wardens friendly,
Will be returning.

Nice site, friendly staff and friendly people.
Toilets and showers very clean. Nice flat level pitch for our tent with electric.
Plenty of bins and water points.

Lovely clean site, owners very accommodating. Clean toilets and showers.
The only thing I didn’t like was because it’s a big site hardly anyone wearing masks in the toilets, not the owners fault but did hear the warden telling one person to wear their mask.
Would definitely go again.

Last minute booking to take our tent out for a ‘test drive’. Extremely impressed with the Covid-friendly modification.
The site is taking every precaution possible with antibacterial spray near any sinks/taps and even the toilets. With the site being small, it’s very quiet.
There is a great looking park (closed at the moment due to Covid) but plenty of space for the children to play in the tent field.
About a 15 minute drive from a large shopping centre.
10/10 would recommend and will be visiting again.

Excellent site. Flat camping, well drained, with electric hookup. Facilities very clean, with a useful shop.
Proprietors very helpful and friendly. Our little boy (3) enjoyed the huge area in the camping field to run around. Pitches are well marked round the edge so loads of room in the middle.
Play area and BBQ were taped off due to COVID. Very convenient for York’s attractions. Only downside is moderate amount of road noise noticeable in the evening.
Recommended.

Very well maintained campsite. Spacious. Facilities were good, obviously due to covid not all open at this time.
It does cost 20p for shower, this does provide plenty of time. Water good flow and hot. 20p for hairdryer, this was not enough to dry hair.
Would recommend and would revisit. Again lovely spacious well maintained site

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We found the site no problem and were directed to our pitch by the extremely helpful and friendly managers.
The pitch was very clean and well maintained, as were the facilities.
Showers and toilets were modern and clean, the little shop on site was well stocked. Overall, 5 out of 5 for the caravan park, super friendly and chilled atmosphere with lovely staff and other visitors.
The location was also great- a short drive to York, and within a walking distance to Dunnington with a few pubs, shops and a coffee shop.
We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!
