The disabled shower room is excellent. There are plenty of grab handles, 2 chairs & 2 sinks. There isn't a hoist but I've never actually seen one at a campsite.

The shower head is removable like a domestic one & has a special handle which you lift to turn on & move left & right to adjust water temp. The water flow stops as soon as you let go which I found slightly irritating but I can see the advantage if your hands are a bit stiff.

There’s plenty of space for a largish wheelchair & the whole room is very clean if a little elderly. You do have to pay a £5 deposit for the room key.

The site is very pleasant with a restaurant, breakfast van, play areas & dog walks. There are also animals that you can visit. The staff are lovely & helpful.

Shame about our fellow campers. Vandalised toilets, filthy washing up area & dog poo not picked up. At one point cars were parked across the access road while small children played football around the caravans.

All in all a lovely site for families spoilt by a few idiots.

This is a lovely place to stay!

The pitches are large, clean and clearly marked and the staff there are fantastic.

The facilities are all clean and pleasant and easy to get to from any pitch on site.

The real bonus is the play parks for the kids, and the animals that live on site! Our kids absolutely loved seeing the animals, especially the Highland cows and the pigs!

The *only* downsides are that it's fairly close to the A38 so that can be loud at times and the fact it's built into a very steep hillside, so may be a struggle for people with mobility issues.

Travelling from Cornwall and stopped en-route to see our niece. Very well laid out site with a very easy access off and onto the A38, though the single track lane can be off putting but there are plenty of passing places down the several hundred metres.

The services are lovely and well looked after, great showers.

The pitches are level with lots of space and superb views over towards Dartmoor.

They do have a small site shop which we only found out about on the day we were leaving.

There is a Co-op in Ashburton.

This is the best site we have ever used, clean and well organised.

The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

We used a trailer tent, folding camper and our own 2 Berth caravan.

Our little dog loves the dog walks.

We hope to return next year if my health allows.

We picked a very wet weekend but Parker's Farm was great for a toddler.

The pitches are almost flat, showers free and hot (not push buttons either) and washing up under cover.

The restaurant is big and food cheap and cheerful.

The softplay area by the restaurant makes for a stress-free wait!

The park is great too for all ages. But the absolute best thing is the once or twice daily animal feed and walk.

The guy who took us was fab, ensuring all children get a chance at feeding the animals.

My 2 year old absolutely loved it!

The only down side is that you can hear and see the A38 but I would definitely return

Fantastic site with modern, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. This was our first camping experience and my children enjoyed it so much we’ve booked to go again next week!

We fed the lambs, played in all the play areas, wandered around the site and ate at the restaurant - good quality, good serving size, friendly staff. I loved how dog friendly it is too!

As a complete novice, staff and other visitors were helpful and understanding. Thank you for making our first camping experience such a great one!

Amazing site, friendly staff, can’t do enough for you, make you feel like one of the family. Second time here and can’t wait to return.

Hot showers, beautiful views, free farm walks and tractor rides brilliant for kids. Nightly games, all child friendly.

Beware though, it can be very windy.

Amazing, first time done in Devon and the park.

Kerry behind the reception desk was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, Gary took the kids around the farm animals and had a brilliance about him that the kids loved, he was soooo funny,

My family are going back in a couple of weeks. Myself and Mike are definitely coming next year.

Thanks to every one who made us feel welcome.

We're have been fortunate to have been touring for many years and rarely leave reviews, however on this occasion feel the need to.

Fabulous warm and welcoming staff, the facilities spotlessly clean, food excellent and dealing with C19 rules excellently.

The views are truly magnificent. We will return.

Just got back from a 10 day break at this wonderful site. The site was well maintained and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful.

The pitches are very neat and tidy with well manicured shrubs, the toilet blocks very clean and tidy. The site is terraced and on a hillside, with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

Due to covid restrictions the restaurant was closed but that did not affect us in any way.

There were two play areas and a football pitch for the kids and some lambs that could be fed by the children under supervision.

The site is positioned just of the A38 and was handy for reaching numerous resorts. We went up to Exmouth and as far down as Salcombe, covering all the resorts inbetween.

Overall this is a fantastic site and we would recommend it anybody.
