This is our 4th year visiting the campsite. Normally we stay in our tent but this year we stayed in the cabin.
Certainly big enough for 2 adults and a dog. Very comfortable and clean.
The site itself is spotless as are the toilets and showers.
It’s always a pleasure to see Guy and Maria

Absolutely brilliant stay at The Croft. Site was really clean (showers and toilets cleaned twice a day).
Owners were lovely and deliver the logs and kindling to each pitch if pre-ordered which is lovely.
We didn’t pre-order the BBQ or breakfast items but others said they were lovely.
Play barn for kids was great, and an unexpected addition.
Loads of information in the reception area including things to do and takeaways in the local area.
Will be returning, brilliant stay

Second visit to Croft as absolutely loved it last year. The Friday BBQ is a must - so lovely to be able to arrive and set up without worrying about food the first night!
Breakfast pastries a lovely touch and the Sunday breakfast bap is brilliant.
Maria and Guy make you so welcome and are lovely. Can't wait to book again.

The owners of this site were lovely, frequently on site and have put an enormous amount of effort into making this a fun experience for kids of all ages: adventure playground, a couple of basic peddle karts, games barn with 2 x table tennis tables, 3 x table football and a platform with train-track blocks for little ones. But the owners were conscientious in making sure there were screaming kids running wild after 9pm.
Other thoughtful touches were a kettle in reception with tea & coffee for when you need caffeine just to find your stove, Fri night BBQ, morning croissants & pains au chocolat baked to order, 3 large fridge freezers. Our teen appreciated free WIFI in reception and the offer to charge phones in their house.
The campsite manages to be both compact (so you don't have to walk too far to round your kids up) and spacious: pitches are large and lots of tall hedges for privacy/wind blocking.
The loos and showers were all very modern and clean. We were very grateful for the barn & picnic tables to cook on evenings when there was rain: the barn is open on one side so you still have the outdoor feeling.
There's a village Co-op & pubs a short drive away and it's half an hour to lots of great places like Southwold pier and Sutton Hoo. We will definitely go back.

Perfect campsite! Friendly, welcoming, we'll-organised, immaculately clean and in perfect condition.
There is an outdoor play area complete with playground equipment and climbing wall and gokarts, indoor barn if it rains or too hot and the icing on the cake - a large communal playing field ideal for ball games kites and helping the kids join in with each other.
Owners Maria and Guy always around and always helpful and hospitable.
Will definitely be returning, and met many other returning campers there as well.
Thank you Maria and Guy for a great camping holiday, Michelle

A happy campsite in rural Suffolk with plenty of room all round, arranged in a group of grassed enclosures.
The owners are friendly, welcoming and take the time to ensure that all is well. No Orwellian Big Brother here.
Facilities are good quality, clean, well-supplied and well laid out. The owners have got this right and others could learn from The Croft.
It made a change to see the youngsters playing together instead of being glued to a TV screen. They slept well.
Highly recommended.

A great stay again (I think this might be our 5th visit).
Friendly, clean, quiet and things for the kids to do when we stayed on site.
We also welcomed addition of EV charging point.

Maria and Guy are so welcoming and it feels like nothing is too much trouble. They create such a friendly atmosphere on the campsite and the Friday bbq is a must.
Pitches are well spaced with the centre of the field kept empty leaving plenty of room to play.
There are lots of activities for kids and the go karts are a real favourite.
Facilities are spotless and the site is well kept.
For us, it’s camping as it should be.

What a lovely site! Everything is well-organised(without too much signage) and spotlessly clean.
Lots of play equipment for children, a covered communal area and a big washer and dryer at a reasonable price.
A great location to explore Suffolk and south Norfolk.
The owners couldn't be more helpful and their bbq, croissants, pain au chocolat and breakfast rolls are not to be missed!
One of the best sites we have ever stayed at.
Thank you
Roz, Pete and Chris

This was a real find. Very welcoming, spacious and well laid out with lots of things to entertain the young members of our party.
Facilities were clean.
Indoor barn with table tennis and table football alongside a play area. Outdoor area for games and large fenced in dog exercise area.
Lots of little things that were included to make your stay interesting.
Would definitely recommend it and we will be returning.

A fantastic family friendly site, The Croft Campsite is certainly one to recommend.
Guy and Maria have worked wonders to ensure a pristine facility with clean ablutions, great wet weather activity barn, a covered rustic dining facility and provision of first class breakfast baps!
The kids enjoyed roaming freely during the day and settling down beside a roaring firepit at night under a canopy of stars.
Thanks for a great stay see you again!

Croft campsite is a well organised, clean, and friendly run campsite.
The bathroom facilities were always well maintained and well stocked.
This is a family run site and the owners are friendly and always helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here and will most definitely return.
