Spot on, cannot find fault with this site. Booked a non electric grass pitch for two nights.
Great check in experience and a reserved pitch marker was supplied as we were going out for the day as the grass pitches are not marked.
Toilets and dish washing facilities were spotless, accessed by means of coded entry.
Great access to all the sites in Stirling and surrounding areas including a steep paths from Blairlogie to the Ochil mountains. Blairlogie is definitely worth a wee visit as it is a conservation site.
Plenty amenities for kids and pets.

Back for another visit. New shower and toilet facilities are fabulous and spotless.
Site is immaculate with lots of hard standing pitches. No serviced pitches but does not detract from being a top site in a picturesque location looking up at the Ochil Hills. We survived Storm Amy on the site.
Reception very friendly and welcoming.
Don’t miss this great location if you are in the area or travel to it if you’re not. Good bus service and travel to Glasgow or Edinburgh is easy. Stirling is very historic and worth visiting too. Big car park in Stirling won’t cost an arm or a leg.

Lovely, lovely site. Friendly welcome. Very conveniently situated for all the attractions in the area and for getting further afield, such as Queensferry, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Lochleven.
The site is well maintained and the facilities are kept spotlessly clean. They really do clean those out of reach parts every day and it was a pleasure to use them. Pitches are large and if you're lucky you'll get a fabulous view of the hills.
It does get very busy with campervans coming in for one night, however during the quiet hours it is quiet.
When in the area again we will definitely stay.

Nice friendly welcome on arrival. Great location at the foot of the Ochil hills.
Lovely clean and well maintained caravan and camping site. Good sized hard standing pitches and plenty tent pitches.
Good dog walk just off site. Excellent tv and mobile signals.
Toilets and showers were spotlessly clean. Retail park about 2 miles away.
The only minor niggle was that tent campers kept walking through our pitch.
Would definitely stay here again

Just an overnight stop at this beautiful site in the way to Edinburgh.
Wished we had planned to stay longer but maybe next time.
Lovely showers and was able to do a wash and dry in the laundry room.
The site was beautifully landscaped and we were made very welcome.

First time at Witches Craig, but will definitely be back.
Beautiful setting, and a nicely laid out site, with very large pitches.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and tidy campsite.
Especially the tent pitch field was relaxed and spacious, with a couple of picnic benches.
Campsite is set just outside Stirling, so perfect location for site seeing. Very friendly staff.
Clean sanitary. Easy to reach. The amount of lavatory points may be a bit poor, but it's a good moment to get in touch with fellow campers waiting in line with their dirty dishes.

Visited witches craig for a long weekend
What a great site
It is very well maintained and very clean
The views are worth a 10 out of 10 on their own.
Pitch was pretty level and big enough for caravan awning and car side by side.
The staff are pleasant and friendly and the reception has a little shop that sells various forms of witches and other things
All in all a great site and we wouldn't hesitate to go back

I want to register my gratitude to Mrs Veda Dewar on Reception, who found us a pitch on a theoretically full site when dangerous driving conditions in foul weather forced an unscheduled stopover. Emailed ahead from a lay-by, paid on arrival, EHU on hardstand, free (but intermittent) Wi-Fi, about £27 (I didn't make a note, just so relieved to be safe).
It's been a number of years since we were last here; I think there's much more hard standing now, so it felt more like a car park than I remember, but it's essential in wet weather as the grass areas flood.
The pitches were generously spaced; Motorhome service point was easy to use; the showers were good - a 'master' green button delivers 8 minutes of hot water, which was ample.
Security coded gantry active out of office hours; road noise constant but background. Dog walk in the woods behind the site, you can walk on a rough 'Core Path' along the base of the Ochils as far as you might wish to.
The views of the Wallace Monument lit up at night, and the Ochils in the morning, were splendid.
Half hourly bus west into Stirling or east to Alloa.
Pleased to have renewed our acquaintance with the site.

A very well maintained site, one of the nicest I've ever visited.
Booking was fine although it's not possible to book more than two days ahead if you're tenting. A local information leaflet was provided on arrival which was handy.
The area for tents is large, pitch where you like. One downside for me is that cars are not allowed to be parked next to tents - I keep valuable stuff in my car so I'd rather it wasn't parked elsewhere.
The toilet block was clean, showers hot and you can listen to the local radio station while you wash! The block also has a laundry room with washer / dryer and a fridge freezer.
There's plenty to see and do locally. If you don't want to drive anywhere there's a walk in the hills behind the site and the Wallace monument is around a mile away.
Overall I enjoyed my short stay and it's a site I'll definitely return to.

Brilliant site in a great location. We never miss a wee visit when in the area as it’s one of the best in this part of Scotland.
Facilities, views and pitches are all excellent. On a par if not better than CAMC sites.
The reception is closed from 12 - 1pm so avoid arriving during these times.
Look out for the chippy van on a Saturday evening.
Drop past you won’t regret it.
