Loved the two people who were looking after the site but some of the caravans do need a bit of a clean.
The site itself no problems with, we would stay again

I had a pleasant night here with my dog. The place does have a bit of a rundown feel about it, mainly because of the number of semi-permanent caravans that are a bit shabby and grubby looking.
However, I quite liked it! I felt very safe here, and although there was a bit of traffic/train/machinery noise into the evening, at night it was quiet.
Also the toilet and shower block is kept very clean.
The location is great right next to the beach and Tideford Mills nature reserve.
And we loved the little pink caravan serving coffee in the morning! Would definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay and being close to the beach for us was fantastic as our dog loved it.
Showers were a bit hot for my liking but other than that all ok.
Nice little coffee van just up the path to the beach.

Good location almost on the beach (which btw is all shingle). Grass kept nicely cut.
Toilet and shower block clean but dated, no where in the shower cubicles to put clothes to keep them dry and both shower and toilet cubicles are quite small.
Showers are free and work on push button with plenty of hot water.
Reception staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Buckle for one night and it served our purpose exactly. We needed to be near Brighton and the train, a 2 minute walk away, gets you there in 30 minutes.
Check in with Dave was easy.
The beach was directly in front of our pitch, with a cafe next to it (great value breakfasts).
The EHU worked perfectly and was very close to the pitch, so no 50m lead required, as in some other sites.
There's a pizza man on site from 4pm, which we weren't around to use, but he was friendly and tried to be flexible for us.
The shower block worked fine, if looking a little dated. I only mention this because the last two sites we were at had brand new shower / toilet blocks, so I'm a little spoilt.

Nice place, beside de sea, clean toilets and hot water on showers, I really love this place in May 2025.
For campers the toilets are not really close but it's just the only detail.

What a lovely campsite, the people were really helpful and friendly, nothing too fancy but clean and tidy with great showers!
We loved the open space for the children to run around and being so close to the amazing beach!
We had some great pizzas from the on site pizza trader so we didn’t have to cook for the night, there is also a lovely little coffee vendor who is really friendly and serves great coffee right on the beach, we even had a really good cooked breakfast right on the beach thanks to the amazing sailing club facilities,
We are definitely coming back 😃

Fab little campsite right on the coast at Seaford.
Showers and toilets may well have been there some time but were very clean and well maintained.
Dave the warden was really helpful.
They have a pizza van by the site (place order then come back) and a coffee wagon too.
We stayed in the camping field and there was plenty of room.
Highly recommend.

It's a bit rough around the edges, the facilities block is very old but it was clean and the shower worked fine.
Good location just behind the sea wall, so no view unless you walked a couple of minutes up onto the promenade.
The yacht club next door has a nice bar and restaurants right on the promenade.
It's ok for the price and the location

Lovely campsite right near the beach, clean toilets and showers and a huge club house serving drinks from 6pm.
Really nice friendly atmosphere.
I look forward to camping here again.

Good facilities clean and tidy
Only downfall they let a massive group pitch up around 10 tents and where up drinking and partying for 2 nights straight

The site location is fabulous for visiting Seaford and Newhaven and, of course, the beach.
Good cycling options in the area.
Staff were friendly.
The site is somewhat 'tatty' and the toilet and showers rather unwelcoming, but the clubhouse is a nice option in the evening.
At £25 a night for off grid motorhome we felt the price was well worth it, and we will be back soon

Nice place by the beach, just think the facilities could be a bit bigger.
The toilets are not enough when the park is full and the Washington up also needs to be a bit bigger.

Oh dear - a very tired looking site which is only saved by its proximity to the beachfront.
The site is clearly home to a lot of seasonal pitches but also quite a few derelict-looking caravans, one of which had broken windows and a bag of gravel holding the roof on?! An abandoned grey car, by sea wall, is an eyesore! Come on, this is not what I expect for £30 a night!
We were meeting friends so had no choice but to stay - we definitely will not be back!
This place could be great but it’s got a long way to go….
There is definitely an attempt on keeping the tired looking facilities clean. Not enough bins for rubbish and no recycling facilities.
It's time that campsites were governed by someone as places like this should not be allowed to charge £30 for pretty abysmal surroundings.
