Stayed here in our Dandy folding camper, about 75% of pitches are sloping but not badly.. Nice, clean and peaceful with a small childrens play area which my 2 kids made the most of. A pleasant walk along the river bank takes you to the main road just outside Kendal town centre, takes about half an hour to the centre itself. The management of the site were very friendly and helpful even loaning me a leisure battery free of charge. Would not hesitate to stop here again and certainly recommend it to others!
