 We choose this site being the closest to the village centre, 10 minutes easy walk.
Agree with previous comments on rules sheet, nothing about site or area which is a shame.
Site is kept immaculately, wardens are working really hard to keep it so well.
We thought hardstanding pitches a bit mean size wise - once caravan, awnings and car in place quite close to next unit.
Site is right next to Jubilee Park with its outdoor heated pool (29 degrees), tennis courts, bowling greens and croquet pitches. Also a cafe and play areas
Overall a brilliant site, would definitely use again

A well maintained campsite in a great position for visiting Woodhall Spa. The surrounding park has lots of amenities for active kids.
Warm and clean amenity blocks but the push button showers last only seconds.
Nice dog walk.
On arriving I was given a double sided A4 sheet of rules, totally unnecessary, and not at all welcoming. Some information on the campsite and local amenities would have been helpful.
The town is busy and there are plenty of cafes and pubs, but not very dog-friendly.

Great location, lovely staff, they were all really helpful and polite.
Nice and quiet pitches with spotless facilities.
Will definitely recommend to friends and go there again in the future.

A beautiful campsite with plenty to keep the children occupied. Th pitch had plenty of room for the children to play, a lovely and well kept dog walking area with a big park and lido on its doorstep.
The facilities were kept very clean and wardens are always around if you had any questions.
The kinema in the woods is a stunning little cinema with so much history, definitely worth a visit.
I can’t wait to stay at the Petwood Caravan Park again soon!

This has to be one of the best sites we have visited in the UK. From a warm welcome by the reception staff to the large, well kept pitch and very clean, modern sanitary facilities.
We could not be happier. It’s very quiet yet near the town. The grounds are immaculate. There are so many places to visit on foot.
Petwood Hotel for afternoon tea and looking at WW2 memorabilia and photos of the Dambusters. Teahouse in the woods for a fabulous meal and the Kinema nearby for a nostalgic cinema night out.
The shops, cafes, deli’s are quaint and perfect for an afternoon wander.
We will return.

Great site. Wardens do try to go over and above.
Nice touch with flowers in the toilets.
The dog loves the dog walk area.
Lovely walk to the town centre, and good shops, cafes etc.
Kinema in the woods close by.
Nice outdoor swimming pool nearby

This was our third visit in as many years.
We bring our grandchildren and each year we give them the choice of places to visit and each year they have decided to return to this site.
We would love to more often if only we had the time.
We love the space and cleanliness of the facilities.
The proximity to local attractions and the beautiful setting.
We also find the friendliness of the staff and visitor making it so enjoyable.

Very clean well looked after site one of the best we have stayed at.
Showers toilets washroom all clean and well kept.
Pitches really good size we stayed on hard standing ehu water on tap very impressed.
Definitely going again

The site was lovely, well kept and friendly staff.
The toilet and shower block were spotless, some of the best we have stayed at.
I don't have any negatives, will definitely be back.

A very nice 4 day stay on Petwood. The pitches are large and usually nice soft grass, but due to the on going drought the grounds are a bit scorched but does not distract from the excellent site.
The staff are very friendly and there is always a good morning or wave. The shower blocks were as clean as always.
The site is the best location for getting into town, 10 minute steady work, and for jubilee park swimming bath (next door) pity it was to busy to get in. It was unbelievably hot.
We have been told there are lovely walks around the area, but we just go to chill, so can't confirm.
Would highly recommend.
