 Having just spent 8 days here the dog walks were really superb and the views quite stunning. The walk to Angmering is exactly one and a half miles but the nice part was stopping for a pint and super meal at the Spotted Cow. Yes the site is on a working farm but please dont let that put you off such a wonderful location. We had to leave a day early and were pleasantly suprised to have that day refunded. We will have no hesitation in booking again.

We went to this site on the May Bank Holiday weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The site isn't perfect, there's a constant hum from the A27, so it's not the most peaceful location. There's one shower and two toilets for the whole site. (Although we didn't have to queue for the shower, I can imagine if the site was busier a queue would develop quickly!) The site owners were friendly and it was a bargain at £5/night for a pitch.
There was lots to do in the surrounding area within easy reach. The village of Angerming was a short walk away and had a nice pub for the evenings. We walked over the hill and down to the beach (pebbles, no sand) at Ferring, which took about 45 mins. It was a short drive in the car to join the South Downs Way and not that far to Arundel or Bognor.
Overall it was a basic campsite, but reasonably priced and was great for a weekend away!
