 We stayed here for two nights over the Halloween weekend.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were looked after by the owners.
Despite it being dark when we got there, Jeremy was on hand to help us to our pitch, showing us the facilities by torchlight and making sure we were happy.
We didn't see the site till the following morning but what an incredible place. The site is immaculate, the facilities were spotless and the site was so peaceful.
There was only one thing wrong. We didn't stay long enough!
We will be putting that right very soon.

I can only endorse previous reviews. Lovely site, hosts, facilities. Only booked as we were on our way to Scotland but will return I'm sure. We only stayed 2 nights so didn't have time to check out Lytham and St Annes but spent a day in Blackpool which is what it is but fun all the same.

Fabulous site. Booked over the phone and given lots of information by Sharon about the site. When we arrived we were greeted by Jeremy who showed us to our site which had our name on, nice touch. He then helped us to unhitch our van and position it. Jeremy then gave us a tour of the site i. E. Showers, bins for recycling, waste disposal etc. We were given a welcome pack which had maps. Extremely useful if you don't know the area. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance and supermarkets are quite close by. Blackpool is a 5/10 min drive away and you also have Fleetwood and Lytham to visit and explore. The site itself is adults only so very quiet, it's also clean and the gardens are very well kept, perfect for sunbathing on. The shower room is lovely and clean which includes a large shower with plenty of hot water, sink, toilet and a much appreciated chair to sit on whilst getting dressed. There is also a code for the gate to enter the site so all your belongings are very safe. We will definitely be returning. Well done and thanks to Jeremy and Sharon.

First time at Manor House Park and what a site. Clean, well cared for and quiet! Everything you could ask for if you want to get away from it all. Jeremy was so helpful on arrival. He even pitched up our van. Nothing was too much trouble. My parents visited us on the Saturday and they forgot their chairs. No problem for Jeremy he lent them two of his. They were so grateful. Toilets and facilities were spotless too. Can't wait to return. See you soon Sharon and Jeremy.

Our 5th visit to this site. One of the best kept sites we have stayed on and lots of personal touches to the site and friendly service from the owners Sharon and Jeremy. Great to meet up again with fellow caravan owners who return, who are now friends we have met on previously visits who value the high standards. Everything is spot on, facilities and gardens immaculately kept. Its a quiet and friendly site and well laid out with a security gate for entry. Looking forward to a visit next year. The week just went so quickly on this special site. Highly recommended once again.

Laverick Hall Caravan Site - Lancaster
This touring site offers spectacular views towards the Lake District and Morecambe Bay, with Blackpool Tower also in the distance, yet located just over 3 miles from Junctions 34 and 35 of the M6 motorway. Visitors will find just 10 electric pitches for motorhomes and touring caravans, with access to the superfast Wifi, toilets with sinks, a shower room and fresh water taps. Dogs are allowed and there is a designated field for walks.
The local village of Halton is a mile away from the site, offering a convenience store, newsagent, pharmacy, post office and fish and chip shop. The market town of Carnforth is 3 miles away, with its train station (featured in the 1945 film Brief Encounter) and supermarkets. Having used many (Adult only) campsites, Manor House is in the top echelon.
The general outlook on arrival is second to none, the grass areas, along with the garden are very well kept, the pitches are level, and Jeremy is at hand to help you set up.
Toilet and shower facilities are very clean and adequate for a site this size.
All amenities are close at hand, laundry, Pubs, also bus and tram services to all the surrounding attractions.
The only thing missing was wifi, but you could get free wifi in the 'Shovels' (local pub) and also get an excellent meal, for a very reasonable price.
Really enjoyed our stay, Jeremy and Sharon are excellent hosts, hopefully we will return.

We stayed at Manor House Park for two nights and must say it is a really nice site. When we arrived we were met by owners Sharon and Jeremy who made us very welcome. This is only a small adult only site which is kept immaculate by Jeremy and Sharon. There are two wcs and one shower which were spotless during our stay. Blackpool and St Anne's are only a short drive away with all the shops and entertainment etc.
About 15mins walk from the site is the Shovels pub which do nice meals at reasonable prices and the drinks are not to pricey.
We enjoyed our stay at Manor House Park and will definitely be staying again and would like to thank Jeremy and Sharon for their hospitality.

We loved this site. Nice and quiet, the owners are very helpful and friendly. Its a nice secure site, well kept, nice clean facilities a joy to be there. We found the approach road, Kitty Lane a little tight as our motorhome is on the large side, but apart from that we hope to go back next year.

Just spent 3 nights at this site. I would say one of the best sites we have ever stayed at. Owners very friendly, nothing too much trouble and had a welcome pack ready for us full of local info, maps and where to find the nearest whatever. The lawns were immaculate as was most everything else. Only one shower room with toilet and also separate toilet, but it was lovely and quite ample for only 10 pitches. Would definitely recommend. Adults only.

Well presented tranquil site only a short distance from the sights of Blackpool. Sharon and Jeremy make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely stay and will be back.
Excellent access to surrounding resorts and bus stop short walk away. Day saver tickets make good value.
Like being in the middle of the countryside. Excellent

This is our second visit to the campsite and again were delighted to find it was still outstanding! The care and attention Sharon & Jeremy give to the grounds and facilities is first class.
The site is peaceful and calm, everyone is very friendly and we had a great 4 night stay.
We would recommend this site to anyone who enjoys a high standard and tranquil atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for the guests.
We will be returning again next year. Can't wait!

We have just returned home from a very peaceful, tranquil Oasis. The site is superbly tended, manicured lawns, beautifully presented and the actual pitches are extremely well thought out, large and short of nothing!
The Toilets and Shower are also kept to the same extremely high standard.
The site is superbly placed for exploring the surrounding areas of Lytham and St Annes, Blackpool and Fleetwood, with a Bus stop within easy walking distance, just outside the 'Shovels' Pub and Eatery-at really good prices.
Our thanks go out to Jeremy and Sharon for there Hospitality and we look forward to returning very soon.

What a wonderful oasis of calm and tranquility this place is. Highly recommended for a quiet, beautifully manicured site. Jeremy is rightly proud of his handiwork. Sharon is the mastermind behind the scenes. Both are very friendly and welcoming.
The directions to the site are excellent, beware if you come from the other direction.
Taxi to B'pool is around £12, they come to the gate and drop you off there too.
The only slightly negative point is the sound of the puddle jumpers during the day from the local airport, but the site more than makes up for this slight nuisance. There is no sound of traffic at all at any time.
The best way to recommend this place is to mention the fact that many people return time and time again

What a fantastic, friendly place to stay, and just a short bus ride into Blackpool. The owners are so helpful, they couldn't do enough for you, the site is spotless, with lots of room for everyone. We will be going back again, for sure. Only one toilet, and one shower room with toilet, so sometimes had to wait for a shower, but the site only caters for 10 units, so not long to wait. Would like to have had Wi-Fi, maybe something for the owners to consider. Nice quiet beach at Lytham St Anne's, good dunes for dog walks and lots of free parking.
