Had a lovely couple of nights last minute with my family (2 adults 3 children 11, 14 & 15).

The pool slides were a hit with the boys, the clubhouse is very reasonably priced with lovely barstaff and the manager is lovely too.

Shops only 2 minute drive away and a really nice walk to a sandy/stony/grassy beach.

100% will be back again. Never said that about a campsite before.

Thanks so much 🙏

An amazing find! This campsite was totally unexpected.

Our son and young family were staying in a static caravan so we visited for 2 nights.

The pitch was huge and completely flat.

Every amenity was immaculate and fully functioning.

In addition to this the staff were so polite, funny and very welcoming and helpful

 Loved it on arrival.

Fantastic sized pitch.

Very friendly staff.

Excellent facilities.

Perfect holiday. Returning for 2 weeks next year.

We were lucky with the weather but it is the best site we have been to.

1st time for our son and his young family. Couldn't have been better.

A very clean site with all the facilities you might need.

Having your own electric, water and tv aerial socket was especially useful

The children enjoyed the swimming pool and we enjoyed the club house.

Very helpful and friendly owners.

We stayed for a lovely week with extended family, nice to finally be together. Neat well kept pitches, water tap next to each pitch. Swimming pool is clean, children's & main pool are lovely as was the friendly lifeguard.

Childrens play area has nice equipment + sand. There is a shop selling basic essentials, toys & sweets, but no camping essentials.

The beach is lovely, accessed by a narrow gravel path, leading to 40-50 sandy, wooden steps with one handrail. There is one dog bin which was full during our stay.

The shower blocks are modern but unfortunately not as clean as previous reviews state, dirty sinks & bins not emptied of sanitary waste.

We didn't meet May or any of her team during our stay either on arrival or departure, but one member of our family did & was disappointed & shocked to be insulted & spoken to in an unacceptable manner on three separate occasions, one being to ask if lost medical equipment had been handed in.

Having booked our stay on the previous good reviews, we can only assume certain staff were having an off day, not acceptable, but hopefully not common practise.

I hope this review is helpful to others who may consider staying here.

Wonderful service from the team at Heathlands, added to a wonderfully pleasant, peaceful and tranquil setting = the perfect break location.

The beach, with its bird nesting areas, is only 5 minutes away with amazing views along the coast.

Thank you and can’t wait to revisit.

Lovely site, ample bathroom facilities, very clean.

Near to beach, 1/2 hour walk to a couple of dog friendly pubs.

Can see the benefits of visiting when we have grandchildren, lovely pool & play area for kids.

Didn't use the bar as only open weekends currently.

The site was really well kept. The toilets and facilities where cleaned regularly. It was busy but there was never to much noise. The play park in the middle was great, only downside was with it being a sand park all the children where constantly throwing sand at each other and trailing sand into the tents but they really enjoyed themselves.

There is also another park, football Court, tennis court and fishing lake over near the pool which they all enjoyed too. The Swimming pool was nice with a small flume in one pool, times had to be pre-booked and we only had one day that it was full and couldn't go.

There are plenty of shops local including supermarket so no need to worry about taking food with you. There is a small shop on site in case you run out and can't drive.

Theres a bar which allowed us to takeaway which was great.

There was plenty near by to do/visit. Great Yarmouth around 30 mins away, plesurewood hills was around 20 mins away and Africa alive was 7mins, much more to do locally just can't fit everything in so definitely worth looking online what else is around there.

First classed site with immaculately cleaned facilities! This was the first time we had stayed here and

We will definitely be returning!

The pitches were large, the contact from the site prior to our arrival was excellent and we were even offered to cancel our booking to another time as bad weather was forecast for the duration of our stay.

We have nothing but positive feedback for this site

A lovely site set in like a park with large, sheltered grass pitches. The site has its own outdoor heated swimming pool and bar though the bar was only open at weekends during our stay.

The beach can be walked to in five mins. But does involve some steep steps. Many footpaths nearby too, I walked to Kessingland village itself in about 30 mins.

The bus stop right by the site entrance is handy for trips to either Southwold or Lowestoft.

Toilets good and very quiet at night.
