We stayed here for two nights with friends over the Easter weekend.
Booking in took a while. Once we had we were taken to our pitch. Next to our friends.
Well stocked shop.
Campsite is lovely and picturesque.A great walk into Corfe Castle,20 minutes. Walk starts at the front of the site. No roads at all until in Corfe.
Showers were clean etc. Very busy.
An excellent site in a great location.

We have just got back from a week in our caravan. The pitches are large and well spaced out, the showers and toilets were always clean but as stated the water pressure in the showers could do with a boost. The on site shop is well stocked and very reasonably priced and the staff where always friendly and helpful
The site is within a 10 min walk of the Norden steam train station and a bus stop is right outside the front gates which will take you to Swanage, Wareham or Poole. A 15 min walk will take you into Corfe itself with stunning views of the castle.
As this site is on a working farm there is the smell of the farm about though this cant be smelt from the campsite. There is a small play area for the children though this could do with some lighting for the evenings.

We had a week at Norden Farm Campsite, we were very pleased with this site.
The main toilet block is very nice. The showers are lovely and spacious, the only thing I have to moan about with the showers is the supply of water. The supply of water lacks pressure. They were always clean.
We were pleased to see that they cater for dogs very well, the dogs even have their own pooch parlour for washing your dogs after getting messy paws.
Due to the time of year, once booked in, we were told to find a pitch that we liked, we loved this. The field was very quiet, although the grass could have done with a cut.

We visited Norden camp site on 18/09/2010 for 1 week and really enjoyed the site and will use it again.
The facilities are the best we have used in the years we have had a caravan included in the facilities was even a room in which you can bathe your dog or in our case dogs brilliant
Also it had good dog walks which our dogs enjoyed dragging my husband around.
It is a lot bigger than it looks on first glance but every tent or caravan and motorhome has plenty of room so its not overcrowded.
There is a restaurant which we did not try this time but it always seemed busy.
You are close to nature deers peacock squirrels and then the farm animals.
The shop /reception sells everything fresh meat eggs flowers plants you name it they have it except daily papers so of to Corfe village for them.

Spent 3 nights here using 'The Sun' Camping for £1 vouchers - worked out to £16 for 3 nights - Bargain!
Able to choose own pitch, went in to donkey field. Now you get to know why its called donkey field - you can hear them. But that's all part of staying on a farm. Great shower block and washing up area. Good site shop and garden centre.
Visited corfe castle - 20 minute walk. The greyhound pub - served good food. Took steam train to Swanage. Bus stop also at campsite entrance. Plenty of lovely walks for the dogs. We will defo be coming here again!

Only found this site as some friends were staying on it! It's £5/n less than our 'normal' site in Wareham! It's a real working farm so looks tatty, muddy and smelly; however once past the farm buildings the fields are quite level with grass that was rather long considering it had just been cut (so wet grass walked into van, toilets, showers etc) but as others have said was quiet and very roomy.
Being September the food van was closed and the top shower block was closed, but toilets and washing up area was open.
With £5/n saving we'll be back and hope to use the B&B facility during the winter.

We are a semi-retired couple from NZ on our first camping trip in the UK and Norden Farm was our first try at a campsite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and after booking for three nights, stayed an extra one.
The facilities are excellent with plenty of hot water in the showers - nothing extra to pay and they don't have push-buttons on them either. Good laundry (free use of the iron) using tokens bought from the farm shop. The shop has almost anything you could wish to buy and the staff were friendly and helpful.
It's a working farm which makes it more interesting. There's plenty to see in the area and we spent a day at Corfe Castle and another on a trip to Swanage on the Swanage Railway steam train which was great.
There is a good walking track to Corfe Castle and Village and make sure you visit the information centre first for some history on the area. We would very happily return to Norden Farm and highly recommend it.

Another stay at Norden Farm Campsite for us. It has been our favourite campsite for a year or so and we never tire of staying here.
We were surprised that they have smartened it up a bit this summer - it always used to be a little rough round the edges which was part of its charm, but tidying it up in places and being a bit more efficient with the booking system is no bad thing.
Their customer service skills have improved considerably and they were friendly and helpful all the time we were there. There are more facilities now and the new toilet and shower block is as nice as the other which makes things much better for the campers in the top field.
There is a family room, disabled facilities, unisex showers and gents/ladies showers, as well as wash cubicles and separate toilets with sinks. There's even a doggy shower which my mutt has used, if your forget the dog shampoo they sell it in the garden centre shop along with bonios and plenty of human food too!
The best thing about this site is the location, right on the Purbeck Way and you can walk to the village in 20 mins via a pretty pathway. Blue Pool is a very pretty walk too and there are many more excellent walks in the area such as Stoborough Heath and of course Studland.
It's a relaxed dog-friendly site, so don't camp here if you don't like dogs, there are farm dogs too. I have never seen any problems with the dogs and they all seem to have a good time socialising together.
There are often sheep or cows in the neighbouring field so if you have a dog that doesn't like farm animals this site would not be suitable. The Greyhound Inn is easily the best pub in Corfe (if not the south) and is dog-friendly and does excellent food, beer and entertainment.
There are other pubs too but have never had need to try them! The National Trust Tearooms do a mean cream tea and you can take dogs into the garden but not the cafe.
The farm is a bird spotter's paradise though and we frequently hear owls, woodpeckers, cuckoos and many others. Plenty of rabbits too up on Norden Heath which is the 'dog walk' for the site.
We never feel as relaxed as we do at Norden Farm - you have to relax and go with the flow because when the cattle are crossing you just gotta wait - and we can't wait to go back. My only criticism? It's not open in deepest darkest winter so we have to go a few months without it!

This site is a working farm and has 3 fields two with electrical hook up's and a tent pitch, and what appeared to be some long term caravanners. We had booked a tent pitch and this was first experience on this site.
The site reception was closed on arrival 6.15 friday evening. Nobody to greet us, no information as to what to do. Fellow campers were told by other campers what to do.
Amenities two sets: modern, were fairly clean, showers good, kitchen sink area was clean. There is a small children's area which was close to the lower facilities and a small pets corner.
Lack of organisation on site, some tents too close together, generators were being used even thought site says none to be used.
Major event was being run on site (motorcycles) which no objection too if had been informed previous to booking. This caused lots vehicles arriving late evening and early morning. Loud engine noises early in morning, our tent completely surround by van's and trailers and motorcycles riding round tent.
A beautiful area with lots to see and do, durdle door, corfe castles, lulworth cove, worbarrow bay, tyneham valley all well worth visiting.
A site we will not visit again.

This is a wonderful site to stay at, from the friendly greeting on your arrival, where nothing seems to much bother for the staff, to the size of pitches. The reception is located in a very well stocked farmshop, where you can purchase anything you have forgotten. They even have the facility to charge mobiles and car batteries (both for a small extra fee).
There are several fields to camp in with electric hookup and one field for tents only. The campsite is set on a working farm, and all the staff will happily answer any questions whether camping, local attractions, or animal related. There are two very well built toilet blocks which are both cleaned regularly throughout the day, both have shower blocks attached and dish washing facilities.
There is a small children's play area outside one of the blocks, so chores can be done and kids can amuse themselves while being supervised. There is a 10 mile an hour limit on the site as there are many animals wandering around, so gives extra safety for all campers. There is also an area dedicated to pets corner, where you can see a variety of animals, close up. There is also a pond on the site, which is not fenced off, so children must be supervised. We will be going back to this site soon, and look forward to it.

Just come back from a weeks holiday. We stayed in the pond field. Cannot fault the campsite. Good sized pitches, hot and powerful showers, which I did not have to queue for once. Clean toilets and good washing up facilities. There was a van on site that served breakfasts and dinners which was handy. We had terrible weather, wind and rain most days but the ground dried out very quickly. Well stocked shop which is open from 8am to 8pm.Only a 20 minute walk from Corfe Castle. Will go back to Norden farm again.

This must be one of the best campsites around. We have been going here on and off for over ten years now and the site never fails to surpass expectation, it seems to be just that little bit better on each trip and is such good value for money considering other sites around.
The site is well managed and has excellent shower and washing facilities, was most impressed to see that they have introduced a takeaway wagon this year which makes life just that bit easier in poor weather.
We pitched in the middle field this time and despite significant downpours of rain the pitch and the road way was well drained and did not flood. We have had pitches all over this site and have yet to find a bad one.
The park is great for the kids as is the working farm. All the staff are helpful kind and very friendly, you really do feel you are being looked after. The on site shop is like aladdins cave and stocks just about everything you could think that you need and some more. (good wellies)
The area is perfect for a family holiday, the steam train to Swanage is delightful and Swanage itself is beautiful. There are good walks in and around the campsite to Corfe and beyond. Lulworth Cove is magical and Lulworth Castle is well worth a visit, the Studland beaches are great (worth joining the National Trust to avoid the parking fees).
A truly magnificent campsite in a great location with so much to do it should keep you and your family entertained for years if not generations.

Have just got back from a 2 night stop at this site and we had a great time.
The campsite is set behind the main farm which is a working farm.
On arrival we checked in at the very well stocked camp shop and escorted by a quad onto our pitch which was very handy.
Nice grassy pitch which was perfectly level although we could see some pitches that weren't level.
Toilet blocks and showers all very modem and clean and plenty of them (2 blocks)
The site is great if you have kids, a small playground and plenty of animals to keep them amused, our little girl loved the close proximity of the animals, chickens, cows, sheep and much more.
You will arrive to the smell of cow dung but the campsite is free of poo and smell :)
Chemical toilet disposal is located only inthe main toilet block which was a long walk from the top field which was a little annoying.
The site also has a food van selling bacons rolls, burgers, currys etc for breakfast, lunch and evening meals which could be a bonus for the short of time campers, never used it but it looked very popular
Our first night saw some bad wind and rain and the fields/paths were very boggy after so would advise brining some suitable footware/clothing in case as it can get muddy.
The location is perfect, Corfe castle is 2 mins down the round and local beaches in Swanage, Studland are a 5-10 min drive or you can easily cross the toll ferry (3.20 cash) over to Sandbanks, all these beaches are amazing and very clean, most are dog friendly and allow BBQ in certain areas.
Had a great time here and would stay again and recommend this site
Thanks for a great weekend

We booked in here for non-electric as and we were told that we were able to use a generator on the top field. We only wanted to use it for two hours in the early evening and were told that this was fine. All was well for the first week/9 days when we were told that we were not allowed to use it, although others still were until 11 pm, ours was always off by 8pm. My husband has been using this site since he was a nipper and we have used it as a family as well before this visit.
The facilities were excellent though although they were not very clean at the times we used them. The showers were always hot and had good power in them. We used the family room once (it was always busy!) and that was great, it is a walk from the top field although the pond field facilities are plenty near enough.
The surrounding area is the reason that we keep returning to the area. It is great for walking dogs and walking without dogs! There is a lovely pub in Studland that is also a local brewery! Another pub that is great is the Horse and Groom at Wareham - both take dogs. It is worth visiting Corfe Castle and the model village and also the steam train from Norden to Swanage is good and parking in Swanage can be difficult. Durlston Country park in lovely on a good weather day. It you go to Durdle door be careful of the steps down to it - I would recommend the non-door side if you have kids and dogs.
Lulworth is a lovely village and a nice beach. Tyneham village which is under MOD control now is also nice and there is an honesty box in the car park and £3 all day parking - the beach is nice there as well. This is not always open though due to the MOD/Army training ground as it is located in the middle! We also went across on the studland/Sandbankc car ferry which is an experience (not bad either!) Portland is nice although getting through Weymouth at the moment is a problem due to the 2012 Olympics but worth battling through. Lovely views of Chesil Beach from the view points and also to see 'Bill'.

We have just returned from a week at Norden Farm Campsite. We had 3 children under 9 in our group and we thought it was a fantastic campsite. We never had a to queue for the showers at all. The shop is extremely well stocked with everything you need for camping as well as a good array of local produce and free range eggs. The prices are really reasonable too which is encouraging with a captive market. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The washing up facilities in the new block were experiencing problems with the hot water supply while we were there but I'm sure this is something that will be sorted out and was simply a teething problem. The main block was very good.
There is a kids play park which is just outside the main facilities block. It is quite close to the main access road so small children should be supervised - but you would expect them to be anyway.
The kids loved being able to seeing all the animals and you really do benefit from being on a working farm. The sites are generous and there is lots of space for the children to play.
You can go for a meal or tea at Norden Hall guesthouse which is at the front of the property. We didn't on this occasion but it is something to bear in mind. Monkey World is lovely and close by and we went there on the one rainy day while we were there. It is also close by to the Tank Museum. Corfe Castle is within walking distance and you see it as you drive up to the campsite entrance. It is very close to Swanage and many other good beaches. We went on a day trip to Charmouth beach near Lyme Regis for fossil hunting - about an hour by car.
We thought this was a very well run, family friendly, fun campsite and we would certainly recommend it.
