Loved the friendliness and cleanliness. Toilet block was impeccable, any time of day.

Got to know the goats, and some sensible prices in the shop on site.

Easy access to a lot of interesting sites, and the beach and dunes. Beautiful campsite, well maintained.

The food options in the afternoon/evening and coffee/cakes in the morning are amazing.

Had a wonderful stay, would recommend.

A totally clean site and facilities a short walk to toilets and showers. Lovely large pitches with shrubs for privacy.

A large safe play area on grass for all to enjoy.

Regular food vans visited and well stocked shop with helpful staff.

The only let down was the WiFi which was free but very patchy.

This was our first time to Cornwall and to this site.

Nice and easy to find, nice welcome and a decent size level pitch. Number 89 I think, hard standing with ehu.

Water is not too far away spread around the site.

Only once toilet/shower block which if your up the top of the field is quite a trek if your desperate.

These were clean and fine.

Visiting food vans most nights and a well stocked shop.

Pub is literally outside the entrance and was friendly incl dogs and did nice food 7 days a week.

Bus service also outside entrance to get you to St Ives and further if you wish. Open top nice when the sun is out. Not so nice when it broke down coming home leaving us stranded in Hayle :(

Beach is a 15 min walk, and four cafe/bars to visit all in walking distance.

Would visit again. Ideal base for access to the rest of Cornwall.

Our first time staying at Gwithian Farm, Hayle and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's a beautiful location and a superb site with an amazing beach just a few minutes walk away.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be staying again and intend to make it a regular site for us.

Just back from a weeks stay at Gwithian Farm, over the early Easter period, and relieved to say it's just as good as last year!

Terrific site, great people, decent facilities, well stocked and priced shop, in an incredible location, a short walk out of the back of the field to the dunes and beaches beyond.

Mobile phone coverage is pretty poor in this neck of the woods, so the complementary wifi is welcome, if a bit hit and miss sometimes.

The regular visiting food outlets were of a high standard, the Big Pan curry night was excellent, the Big Gorilla Pizza was great as well.

Will definitely be going back!

The campsite I on the entrance to the village of Gwithian, next to the local bus stop.

The shower/toilet block/washing up area facilities are ample and well maintained.

Visiting Fish & Chip and Pizza vans come to the site.

The local pub is a 2minute walk from the site entrance.

All in all would stay again.

This was our 4th visit to this wonderful site.

Easy access (via the B3301 the other route is doable but a bit of a squeeze)

Nothing to add to what others have said, we love the fact that the beach is 10 mins (very safe) walk and the sunsets are to die for

This time we were on the camping field, very slight slope but easily sorted.

The only gripe was the (normally excellent) WiFi kept droping out, no real biggie. The Red River pub is great, food was OK.

They've added a Tapas Bar which sadly we didn't get around to trying. So damn it,

We'll have to visit again! (NB: I have Marked down the normally excellent Customer Service as I had an issue with one staff member. We ran out of gas and he told me they'd none and most of the other locals used the same gas provider ie would be in the same boat. I spent hours phoning around and did eventually find some in Hayle, only to find out later they had gas all along!)

Superb site, travelled with family in April and we were situated in the large open space which was fantastic for the kids.

Toilets, showers were exceptionally clean, food vans added some variety to evening food and the owners friendly.

Would definitely recommend

We loved it, everything was great! We had everything we needed.

Only constructive criticism I’d say is could of done with a vending machine for midnight snacks

Great site. Quiet. Spacious plots. Friendly staff.

Clean toilet/shower block (water nice and hot).

Regular food vans with a nice variety of hot food. Beach is approx 15/20 minute walk away through the dunes.

The only downside was the poor WiFi signal (which was free).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so did our dogs.

We’re hoping to return next year.
