Please note, the owners of this site have confirmed that they no longer have short-term touring pitches any more, as of this year they only have long term seasonal pitches.
If you know that this situation has changed in the future, please could you let us know. Many thanks

Very nice helpful staff, very peaceful, easy website, warm toilets really nice, reasonable shop, nice communal areas. Although has free WiFi in lounge, not great signal on pitch for WiFi or TV.
We saw a dog park however not signposted and when found it seemed like an open field near a big rubbish bonfire and not fenced in for a mad puppy to be safe in office lead.
But overall we loved the peace and quiet.

Beautiful clean campsite among the trees.
We loved the tranquillity and simpleness and also closeness to Bexhill on Sea where we were visiting for a family get together.
Perfect for our needs in our Campervan.

We have just returned from Kloofs and a mixed group of friends with tents and motor homes.
The staff were all wonderful. We drove over in advance to see the site.
Julie kindly showed us where would be and took our booking.
The facilities have everything you could possibly need and were spotless. Each of our areas had a bench with seats, water and electricity.
The shop came to the rescue a few times with items needed.
The place is kept immaculately.
Ovely areas for us to walk the dogs.

Great site. Our 4th visit. Good sized pitches, all with private BBQ area & picnic bench.
Facilities all clean & nice hot showers. 2 large dog walking areas on site. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Good location too, 10 min drive to Cooden beach & in the countryside with nice woodland walks.
Would definitely recommend this site.
Thanks again for a lovely stay, Monique, Alan & Rolo.

What a great camp site, all camp personnel are very friendly, and and a lot of lovely pitches.
We had our dog with us, the site has a field for dog walks, which is very good.
We had a great time at Kloofs, and will be back.

I wouldn’t say we were a younger or older couple! 2 50 somethings and two dogs.
I have to say Kloofs is a great campsite. It is not overpriced like many campsites now are.
Access to Kloofs is not the easiest as the roads leading to it are quite small - it take your time and it is fine.
There are 2 shower blocks, one with heated floors - which when staying in winter is amazing. And another shower block without the underfloor heating.
The heated shower block showers are press and hold which is a slight pain, but if you know you can at least be prepared for that. There is also a family shower in this block without the press and hold.
The other shower block has standard shower taps - which is always nice. Lovely touch in the second shower block is the family toilet, one small and one adult sized toilet.
Toilets were kept clean and tidy and well stocked with toilet paper.
There are plenty of bins, standard and recycling and dog poo, throughout the park.
There is a small play park at Kloofs also, which was fab for our 3 year old granddaughter (who is the reason we stay at Kloofs as she lives locally with her parents)
We have always had good pitches at Kloofs - but by far our favourite has been pitch 27.
It is a quiet site, even when children are around.
Staff have always been friendly and helpful.
Perfectly good site, and we will come back again.

The website describes the site better than it actually was in our opinion. Our plot No. 40 was in the shade for 95% of the time due to the tall trees which was so disappointing.
The showers were not good, push button a small spout of water comes out takes time to warm up. Not that hot either. Cobwebs all over the toilet block area, just not welcoming.
Website describes sports square which was just a mown area of grass.
Friendly welcome by site man.
Narrow roads into and around site.
However some lovely places to visit not too far away - Fairlight Glen nr Hastings beautiful place to walk with great views.

Very friendly and helpful welcome in a lovely quiet location.
Gently tiered pitches giving privacy with mature trees for shade if desired, shrubs, picnic bench and bbq area.
Clean facilities, wash up area and laundry room.
Little shop on site and nice dog walking field.
Great base for exploring from Battle, Bexhill and further afield to Eastbourne and Rye.

This is a very nice campsite, with lovely helpful owners.
The fields were very wet and we got the only dry pitch to set up our tent.
The nights were very could and for the second night they have us a small electric heater.
The pitches are large and all have a watertap, a picnic table and a barbecue place.
