Kloofs is quiet and well thought out site.

All facilities are clean and everyone was respectful of the covid situation.

Totally relaxed for our stay should have booked longer.

Nice little site on bit of a slope BUT pitches are level and mine fully serviced and the use of a picnic table.

Could be a bit of a challenge with parking a caravan but no probs if you have motor movers.

A slight up hill walk back to toilets which were immaculate and elsan empty point.

Reception area very good with small shop.

Staff very friendly and helpful. All said a nice little find

 Lovely site, great pitches.

Very dog friendly.

Everything was as advertised.

Good value for money - extremely difficult to find in the dark!

I enjoyed my stay :-)

Very helpful and friendly staff. Really good sized pitch with picnic table and bbq stand.

10 minutes to the sea front At Bexhill-On-Sea and only 20 minutes to Eastbourne with shops and restaurant etc.

Really ticked all the boxes for a much needed chill out.

Well kept facilities.

Thank you

Stayed for 2 nights to try out our new motorhome. This is a nice site with very good facilities. They even had an indoor dog shower and the staff were very friendly.

We had a hard standing pitch with water and drainage. There was a Halloween / firework event on with a hog roast and fireworks. Very popular with the guests despite the terrible wet weather.

I stayed in the van with the dog while hubby and daughter went to watch the fireworks which they enjoyed.

Will definitely return.

Only a short drive to the seafront where you can park for free even with the motorhome. Very rare on the seafront these days.

We had a great stay at this site. Lovely location, clean facilities & friendly wardens, Des was very helpful.

Nice & peaceful & not far from Cooden Beach which is a lovely pebble beach & dog friendly. We had great weather which was excellent & went swimming in the sea, it was like a bath.

Great spot to base yourself for the East Sussex Coast. Lovely coastal drives out & also lovely wooded walks. We will definitely be coming back this way next year.

Thank you for a lovely holiday.

 Fabulous campsite!

Toilets and shower block were excellent and got teenage girl rating of 10/10

Beautiful surroundings with a safe and relaxed feeling throughout our stay!

My 10 year old was independently playing in the park with newly made friends.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldnít fault our stay will be going back next year.

 Likes

Spotlessly clean facilities

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff

Huge pitch sizes

Central location for hasting or Eastbourne

Quiet curfew could not be faulted

Showers were free, hot and never a queue

Well equipped little shop

We will definitely be going back again

Dislikes are very minor

The lane behind the site is very narrow and used as a rat run in morning rush hour (7:00-8:30)so expect beeping of horns as cars approach the tight bends but unless you want a long lay in itís not a problem

The only other thing is the pitches are gently sloping but not enough to upset tent pitching or sleeping

Very quiet site, even though serviced pitches full in August in the school holidays.

Toilets, cubicle sinks and showers in main block clean, private, always working fine and never busy.

Pitches spacious with own A frame picnic table and BBQ stand.

Site staff very helpful.

Info/meeting/play area open all hours with free internet (essential for our teenagers)but still quiet.

Good location as base for day trip around: we did the towns of Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings, Rye, white cliffs around Beachy Head/Seven Sisters, Herstmonceux Observatory, Rudyard Kipling's home (Bateman's), Bodiam castle, Camber Sands.

Only minor issue was our pitch was aligned with the awning on the left and van on the right (to get the best of the sun) so we couldn't reverse or drive into place and had no motor mover, but the staff readily offered to use their landrover to manoeuvre us. Also she overhanging oak trees dropped twigs and acorns in the night when windy (noisy bangs on the metal roof) but not a problem.

Would recommend this site for those wanting a quiet base.
