 Faultless.
Facilities clean warm with hot water at all times,
Pitch was spacious and felt private.
The restaurant on site provided excellent.
We can recommend the site and will return when area

Generous sized pitches and reasonably level.
Friendly helpful staff in reception.
The site was well looked after but comes with a cost of staff vehicle movements.
Plenty of hot water in showers.
While we were there the hot water in wash up area failed, but on reporting was soon rectified, this also had a knock on in the toilet block where cold water came out of sinks.
Overall we were pleased.

Lovely big pitch, fully serviced, peaceful and quiet. Who could ask for more?
Nice facilities 30 seconds away for shower and toilet.
Bins are very nearby and so is chemical toilet disposal point (in midst of being renovated!)

Great campsite, will definitely be back.
Facilities are fantastic and absolutely spotlessly clean at all times of the day and night.
Really informative welcome pack with everything you might need to know.
The only negative was the incredibly hot showers with no temperature control. I found it very uncomfortable and I don't think it would be safe for children or people with certain health problems.

At 44 pounds/night, you would expect to get excellent facilities, good surrounds and pitches. This officially 5 star Site was one of the most impressive we'd used - Craigtoun Meadows at St Andrews is at least as good and 5 star. It does deliver all those things but isn't without flaws.
As others have said, toilets and wash facilities are ultra clean and there are plenty of them, even a Family Room with bath. However, they have a flow control on all the wash hand basins and the only way to get hot water was to use the Family Room.
Showers and dishwasher water was hot so it could be done. In this day and age and at this price, why free wifi isn't included must be a decision made to help profit.
Our pitch had EHU and both fresh and waste water supply but a fine view of the waste bins on one side.
Berwick town is about 30minutes walk away with a Tesco about 15 and M &S FoodHall maybe 20.

We have stayed at numerous caravan parks, the majority of which were in Scotland, some in Ireland, the majority with high levels of cleanliness and presentation, those of the Woods Group for example, but I have to say that Ord House Country Park has been by far the best presented, cleanest regards tidy gardens etc and the shower/ bathroom facilities were second to none.
Staff are super friendly and an approach that nothing was too much trouble.
The restaurant dining provided excellent meals at a very reasonable price and lounge bar was akin to a “Gentleman’s Club”
We would certainly recommend this Park and we hope to return at some point in the future.

We had a fantastic holiday the site was absolutely beautiful with lovely gardens and great size pitches.
The toilets showers and washing facilities immaculate and cleaned throughout the day.
Grill food was lovely also Sunday carvery.
From arriving on site all staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble 24/7.
We will definitely go back there.

Loving, clean and well maintained site.
Family friendly too.
Ideal base to visit tge local area. Lovely facilities.

Lovely site with fabulous facilities - probably the best toilets I've ever seen!
Berwick town centre only a few minutes drive with a nice big Tesco 2 minutes away.
Clubhouse was lovely and well priced.
We will be back!

Clean well organised site toilets and showers exceptional.
Our bad points are the toilet door locks not illuminated at night making difficult to open.
The other point is although dog friendly site no dog friendly area in bar or restaurant meaning owners having to sit on bench in park area with no protection from cold and wet weather. Therefore bar will not make money from dog owners. Company must accept this loss of earnings.

Liked: the showers and toilets were like being in a 5 star hotel! The bar and restaurant was fab, especially the Sunday carvery!
The staff were lovely and helpful.
Nothing to dislike! Only suggestion would be maybe they could open the restaurant for breakfast?
We are already planning another stay there.

Excellent site, the facilities are great, perfect for adults and kids alike.
We enjoyed drinks and a meal in the on site restaurant and it was very good.
Our grandaughter thoroughly enjoyed herself. We also had our dog with us.
The only downside was a lack of an on site dog run, but there was a good walk nearby.
Nearby we used the leisure centre which is brilliant for kids.
