 We stopped at really short notice, high season, they managed to accommodate us very friendly firm but fair type of attitude campsite very clean, showers and toilets a bit dated but as stated spotless.
Great walks from campsite few eating places including a takeaway on site. Good phone and tv signal, free WiFi and fairly good at that, would stay again

This was a last minute booking I made the night before via email. I had a promt reply asking to confirm so that a pitch could be booked by me.
The drive to this site was so rugged and beautiful and so many places and views to stop off and look at.
The welcome was lovely and useful information given on the site map via a QR code. The only site we have been to with very clear instructions to recycling. All over the country it is different so this was perfect.
The showers and toilets are ok but with a lot of people using them the floors were very wet.
I’m only guessing it’s because they have monsoon shower heads and the water pressure was very good?
We didn’t use the takeaway facilities but it smelt lovely.
We had a hard standing pitch with electric. It would be no problem even it had been raining.
I would stop longer at this site if we needed it again.
My only criticism is I felt we were very close to the next van/motorhomes. If they had had an awning it would have been awful.

Staffin was a wonderful place to stay!
Ally and the team were really friendly and helpful.
The facilities were clean and well-equipped.
We loved the walk to Staffin Bay and the proximity to the bus route!

It has been a really great days, it would be great a little play area for the kids but they have enjoyed a lot.
We have enjoyed the beach and walking through the hills.
Every facilities are clean and comfort.
It is the average prize of the camping in skye, but for us it is a bit expensive.
All people were really nice with us.

Overall it was a great experience being on Staffin Campsite.
The only minus I see is that the showers and toilets does not fit with the size off the camping which gives lots of waiting people.
Cleaniness is good though

Absolutely stunning views from the campsite. A warm welcome. Hot food can be ordered. Quite windy but the trees break the impact.
Fantastic facilities. Updated toilet and shower block. Indoor washing up. Showers hot and free. Chemical disposal free and clean. Laundry facilities.
Level pitches. A lovely site.
A thought- this site isn’t easy to take dogs off lead- though An Corran beach with its dinasour footprints is only a short drive away-to make it more dog friendly how’s about the addition of a small dog field near the entrance. I’ve seen this on other sites and it works well after a long journey.

Really loved our stay at Staffin campsite. Great service and super friendly staff. You can even get takeaway breakfast and dinner!
We were in our motorhome and the pitches are really good - solid and flat with electricity. The camping doesn't feel too busy or packed. There is a walking path to the beach with the dinosaur footprints.
There's two little shops down the village and two cafes. Only thing is that there were no views, but that is basically all of its 'negative' things.
Brilliant campsite and will definitely visit again!

Great campsite in a great location for Storr, Quiraing and other locations.
Level pitches, breakfast menu every morning.
Definitely recommend and intend to stay again on my next visit to Skye

Warm welcome, helpful owner and an amazing view.
Also good for Great Walks with your dog.
Only the laundry dryier didn‘t do a good Job- 120 minutes for 4£ and the laundry was still wet.

Management response: Many thanks foe your review. Tegarding the comment suggested that after £4 laundry was still wet, I cant understand that. We have separate washers and dryer machines. £1 in the dryer does 20 minutes, but never known 120 or £4 to have this affect |
