The campsite is tucked away up a road, make sure you use the campsite instructions on which road to take as there is only one for vehicles.
Lovely campsite very peaceful great shower and toilet facilities there was a washing machine area but we didn’t use it. Also sinks for washing up.
The owners are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.
The shop has a selection of foods and drinks but we didn’t need to purchase anything.
You are not far from the sea or local villages.
We twice ate at the restaurant Boulevard which was a short walk in East Wittering walked along the beaches and took a bike ride to Chichester.
On a clear night you can see so many stars as hardly any light pollution.
The campsite is very green and offers recycling.

Upon arrival we were greeted at reception by friendly and helpful staff. Our pitch was immaculate and very close to the amenity block which was well lit, clean and allowed a good shower.
The walk into East Withering took just 20 minutes and was delightful, passing horses, alpacas and the occasional woodpecker.
The village was quirky and we enjoyed browsing the charity shops and there was a bakery with cheerful staff and scrummy cakes.
We were lucky with the mild November weather and this location is perfect for beach a city visits alike.
Driving the roads to National Trusts Petworth was a joy with the amazing autumn colours. We were blown away!

Lovely campsite, clean facilities-
Lovely area and a very nice walk to beautiful East Wittering !
We were very lucky with weather -
Liked the partitioning of the campsite -
Quite pricey compared to other campsites but we were in a popular area

This is a great site with super friendly staff. There is a very smart eco- friendly facility / reception block as well as older composting toilets (mostly closed).
The access is via a very bumpy road, so be aware if you are towing. This is our first tent camp for a long time (we normally tow a caravan).
The pitches are flat and of a reasonable size depending on what you have selected. One thing to be aware of is that the sandy soil is very compressed, so you will need a mallet for pegs and a good quality peg puller to get pegs out again!
The location is fantastic and in walking distance to East Wittering with its shops, bars and restaurants and a short drive to the fabulous West Wittering area.
There is a small shop on site combined with reception and a great farm shop just outside the vehicle access road.
We are definitely going back in the future.

Excellent site. Very clean with good facilities.
Would benefit from separate shop as combined shop/reception area only has very small selection and milk sold in very small containers. It is not possible to browse for items.
The very long approach road is extremely bumpy and would benefit from urgent repair and I feared for my car suspension and contents of the caravan, hence low score for facilities.

Very nice site, close enough to walk into East Wittering and Bracklesham Bay.
Facilities were good, even though the showers were not available. Toilets were very clean.
Most visitors were very respectful apart for a party opposite us who decided to try out fire jumping later in the night.
I would recommend.

Gorgeous site (park so your doors open south facing up the field for sunrise). The owners were wonderfully absent- helped with everything we asked about but didn’t feel it necessary to check in on us.
Site was good- the ground was firm even after torrential rains.
Proximity to villages was great. The old railway line was great to walk to the pub (George and Falcon) on in the gloming, and even more fun to walk back on in the dark. Don’t forget some lights/ reflective clothes as there is a bit of road walking.
Water and waste easy to access.
Great little spot.
